Previewing Coral Gables Homes for Clients

Part of what sets my team apart in the Coral Gables’ real estate market is offering concierge-style service. There is so much more than making appointments and showing  properties to prospective clients. It’s an obvious statement but a common misconception about Realtors.

Aside from constant analysis of real estate happenings in the area, I focus on providing clients expert advise on every step of the transaction from narrowing down potential homes to recommending effective inspectors, mortgage lenders, lawyers, etc. Another service I provide is previewing properties on behalf of my clients in order to save them time and make our outings as efficient as possible.

Often, my team and I take advantage of Wednesday Broker’s Open to pop into properties that are available for previewing. Color explosion in Coral Gables

Bougainvillea in Coral Gables

No dialing while driving. Check. No texting while driving. Check. No photographs while driving? Hesitation. How can I not snap a photo of this bougainvillea while driving through Coral Gables? Just to be clear, I pulled over.

This colorful flowering plant grows wild here as many of  you know. But for my out of town readers and buyers – I had to tempt you with this vibrant example of nature Coral Gables offers residents while some of you stare at your bare trees for 3-6 months.

Come on down! Mother nature is in full bloom here!

New Listings in Coral Gables, First 16 Days of 2012

Only 16 days into 2012 and already there are 30 new listings in Coral Gables. Sounds impressive but believe me – there are anxious buyers out there asking their Realtors to scour the MLS for any new properties which meet their requirements. Inventory, as I’ve mentioned, is lower than we’ve seen in the last few years but I was encouraged to see 3 stellar properties in Cocoplum.
